PARKULTRA® VISITOR MODULE

Visitor parking without confusion.

Visitors can scan in, enter the location number shown on the signage, view the site rules, register their vehicle and contact details, pay where required and scan out at the end of their authorised stay. Each session is tied to the site, bay location and visitor parking rules approved for that location.

Register a visitor parking session

The driver must register the vehicle themselves and accept the parking terms before parking. Registration by a third party is not permitted.

Enter the location number shown on the visitor parking signage. If the sign identifies a bay location, enter that number. If you arrived here by scanning the QR code on the signage, this field should be completed automatically.

Visitor parking rules

Visitors must scan in on arrival using the QR code displayed near the visitor bays.
The visitor must enter the location number shown on the signage.
Where the site operates resident-controlled visitor bays, a resident or bay authorisation reference may also be required.
Where visitor parking is chargeable, the visitor must pay for the parking session before the session begins.
The portal will display the permitted visitor bays and site rules before the session begins.
The visitor must scan out before the authorised period expires.
Email reminders can be sent shortly before expiry; SMS reminders can be enabled later if required.
No-return rules, maximum stay periods and any enforcement consequences are site-specific and must be agreed before launch.

End a visitor parking session

Visitors should scan out when leaving the site. Repeat failure to scan out can be reviewed through the audit trail.
