PARKULTRA® PERMIT MODULE

Apply for, renew or replace a parking permit

Apply through the PARKULTRA® permit module. Standard permit applications are £15 + VAT and include administration, eligibility checks and permit issue where approved. You will create a Resident Permit Account during the application so you can track progress and manage your permit where available.

Choose whether you are applying for a new permit, replacing a lost or damaged permit, or renewing an existing permit. Your Resident Permit Account lets you track the application, receive updates and provide further evidence if requested.

Quarterly payment plan

If the client has agreed quarterly payments for your site, you may pay the £15 + VAT processing fee plus one quarter of the annual parking charge up front. The remaining quarterly payments are collected automatically three days before each quarter begins.

I understand that future quarterly payments will be taken automatically and that the permit may be suspended if scheduled payments are declined.

Renewals are charged at the prevailing annual parking charge plus the current processing fee of £15 + VAT. Proof of address is not required by default if your existing permit can be matched.

Once approved, the portal can generate printable permit PDF(s). The permit must be clearly displayed while parked and the live permit record remains the source of entitlement.

Print-and-post fulfilment: where a user asks PARKULTRA® to print and post the permit on their behalf, a £2.50 + VAT fulfilment charge applies.

Mapped permission

See exactly where the permit may be used

Where the selected site is configured for mapped permissions, eligible bays, zones or areas appear on the actual site plan before submission. The approved plan is attached to the confirmation email and retained with the permit record.

Applicant details

Your Resident Permit Account is created as part of this application. It lets you track progress, receive updates, provide further evidence where requested and manage approved permits where available.

Use a long, memorable password of at least 12 characters. PARKULTRA® does not require routine password changes unless there is a security reason.

I understand that a Resident Permit Account will be created for this application. If my application is rejected or further evidence is required, the account may remain active for 30 days so I can view the decision, amend where permitted or provide additional evidence.

Proof of address

New permit applications require proof of address. Replacement and renewal applications do not require proof by default if your existing permit can be matched, although Metropark may request it during review.

Payment and review

The total amount due will depend on the application type. Standard permit applications and replacement processing are £15 + VAT. Renewals include the prevailing annual parking charge plus the £15 + VAT processing fee. If rejected, the payment will be refunded where applicable.

After submission, your Resident Permit Account request will be recorded and you will be redirected to secure PayPal payment. Metropark will review your application and, if approved, your bay-specific permit will be generated for you to print directly from the portal. Assisted print/post can be provided where required.
