Customer / Resident Login

Use this login for existing customer, resident, self-ticketing, warden and authorised site accounts. Permit applicants create a Resident Permit Account as part of the permit application journey.

Need access?

Portal access codes are issued only to authorised customer contacts, site teams, account holders, self-ticketers or warden users. Your account area gives access only to the PARKULTRA® modules, sites, records and actions authorised for your account. Customer Master Administrators control delegated permissions for Permit Management, signage, operations, agreements and reporting.

Applying for a permit?
Start with the permit application page. You will create a Resident Permit Account during the application so you can track progress, upload evidence, view decisions and manage approved permits where available.

Visitor parking?
Visitors should use the separate visitor parking portal and enter the location number shown on the signage, then register their vehicle and contact details. Where a site also requires a resident or bay authorisation reference, the visitor portal will request it.
